Rhinoplasty in Lynnwood
There are many different types of cosmetic surgery, and many different reasons that people elect to have cosmetic surgery. One of the most popular types of surgery is rhinoplasty. While not everyone may be familiar with that term, most people are familiar with the term “nose job,” which is another name for rhinoplasty. A patient may want to minimize the size of their nose, or they may want to just sculpt or tone an area of it. They may also want to remove ridges, bumps, or lines. Here at the Bel-Red Center for Aesthetic Surgery, we offer rhinoplasty in Lynnwood by our resident physician, Dr. Jan Zemplenyi.
In practice since 1989, Dr. Zemplenyi is an expert in his field, and in the realm of nasal surgery. The doctor performs many different types of rhinoplasty, including ethnic rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and complete reconstruction. Revision rhinoplasty is the re-working of rhinoplasty that has already been performed. This may be done to correct bad cosmetic work, or to help a patient who has developed breathing difficulty.
Doctor and patient will use computer-generated images to form a plan of exactly what type of rhinoplasty should be performed, and how it should be done. Patients are well-advised throughout the entire journey on what to expect. We want patient satisfaction to be number one.
Rhinoplasty is a procedure that will require anesthesia. It is up to the patient to decide on what type of anesthesia they would like, as we offer both twilight sedation and general anesthesia. All of our surgeries are performed directly in our office at the Bel-Red Medical Center.
