What is post-procedure care after a brow lift?

Immediately after the procedure your forehead will be bandaged and wrapped to minimize bruising and swelling. There may be tightness, swelling of the forehead and bruising and swelling around the eyes. You should keep the head elevated during the recovery period to minimize on swelling.

You will receive written and verbal post-operative instructions after your surgery. It is important to arrange for post-operative care with someone to pick you up after the procedure and stay with you the night following surgery. Post-operative visits will be arranged and Dr. Zemplenyi is always on call at any time after surgery for questions and concerns.
