51-year-old woman wishing to rejuvenate her appearance. The upperlid blepharoplasty removed the excess skin causing the hooding and heaviness of her upper lid while the lower lid blepharoplasty removed excess skin and fat from the lower lid. The incision lines just under the lash margin of the lower lid are virtually invisible due to placement and plastic surgery closure.
