37-year-old woman , 5’7“ tall and weighing 138 pounds, had a flat abdomen but could not decrease on her heavier thighs she had “like her mother”. Bulging of her outer thighs and contact between her inner thighs was dimished with tumescent liposuction with small cannulas under sedation anesthesia. She was happy with her new leg contour and her ability to purchase more stylish pants. Note that cellulite (superficial skin contour irregularity) does not improve with liposuction.
