34-year-old woman who wanted rejuvenation of the upper and the lower eyelids. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) with lower eyelid subciliary (under the lash line) excision of skin, fat and light trim of the orbicularis muscle. With meticulous closure the incisions are almost imperceptible in the crease lines.
