36-year-old woman with wished rejuvenation of the fullness of the lower eyelids. She underwent lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) with lower eyelid subciliary (under the lash line) skin pinch excision. The incision are well hidden in the lid crease.
