50-year-old woman with upper eyelid heaviness and decreased peripheral vision due to fullness of lids with excess skin and fat.  Likewise, she wished rejuvenation of the tired look of the lower eyelids. She underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift).  The lower lid subciliary incisions (under the lash line) heal almost invisibly with careful plastic surgery closure.
