50-year old woman, 5’7” tall, weight 138 lb, who breast-fed one child and who lost 40 lbs due to illness.. Her bra is 36A size with tissue atrophy and marked skin laxity along with mild, grade 1 breast ptosis (droop). She underwent 450cc silicone, smooth, round, high-profile implants through peri-areolar (around the nipple) approach and above the muscle placement. Please note that the post-operative pictures still show some residual swelling as they were obtained only six weeks following her surgery.
