41-year-old woman with a 38B bra size who breast-fed three children, height 5’8”, weight 150 lbs. She wished to avoid a breast lift (mastopexy). In order to avoid interference with lifting of heavier boxes she wished to undergo have implants above the muscle sparing the Pectoralis muscle function. She underwent augmentation using 350 cc smooth round, moderate-plus profile silicone implants inserted over the muscle (subglandular placement) using a infra-mammary (under the breast) to achieve some apparent elevation of the nipple areolar complex.
