35-year-old woman with a 34C bra size who breast-fed three children, height 5’8”, weight 147 lbs. She wished to avoid a breast lift (mastopexy) with scarring on the surface of the breast. She underwent mommy make-over (breast augmentation along with a tummy tuck). Augmentation was performed using 495 cc textured round, moderate-plus profile silicone implants inserted under the muscle (subpectoral placement) using a infra-mammary (under the breast) approach with type III dual plane elevation to achieve some apparent elevation of the nipple areolar complex.
