39-year-old woman with a 36A- bra size who breast-fed two children, height 5’6”, weight 148 lbs. She desired larger breasts appropriate for her figure and age. She underwent augmentation using 450 cc smooth, round, high-profile silicone implants inserted under the muscle (subpectoral placement) using an infra-mammary (under the breast) approach.
