Back to Gallery Previous Next41-year-old woman with height 5’2” and weight of 232 lbs (body mass index of 44) with absence of pregnancies and a history of Cushing’s syndrome (endocrine gland disease that led to weight gain) who desired improvement in abdominal contour. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen and waist with removal of 1600 mL of fatty tissue along with an abdominoplasty (lipo-abdominoplasty). She did not receive tightening of abdominal wall muscles as determined both before and during the operation.
