44-year-old woman with height of 5’5”, weight of 170 lbs (body mass index of 28) and a history of one pregnancy. She wished to undergo a tummy-tuck for improvement of her abdomen. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen and waist along with removal of 2300 cc fat along with an abdominoplasty (lipo-abdominoplasty) including tightening of abdominal wall muscles.
