39-year-old woman with height of 5’6”, weight of 145 lbs (body mass index of 23) and a having had three pregnancies. She wished an improvement in abdominal wall appearance. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen with removal of 500 cc of fatty tissue along with an abdominoplasty and waist (lipo-abdominoplasty) including tightening of abdominal wall muscles.
