54-year-old woman having 5’4” in height and 138 lbs in weight (body mass index of 24) and a history of two childbirths. She desired improvement in the appearance of her abdominal wall. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen with removal of 600 cc of fatty tissue from the abdomen and waist along with an abdominoplasty (lipo-abdominoplasty) including tightening of abdominal wall muscles.
