49-year-old woman who wanted a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) for improvement in abdominal contour having height of 5’5” and weight of 204 lbs (body mass index of 34) without previous pregnancies. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen, waist and thighs with removal of 2100 cc of fat along with an abdominoplasty (lipo-abdominoplasty) including tightening of abdominal wall muscles (waist tuck, muscle plication).
