47-year-old woman 5’6” tall, weight 189 lbs (body mass index of 30), with one child wanted a flatter abdominal contour. She underwent liposuction of the abdomen and waist removing 2500 cc of fat along with abdominoplasty (lipo-abdominoplasty). She did not need tightening of the muscles of the abdominal wall as determined during the pre-operative visit and confirmed during surgery. *Individual patient results will vary
