Back to Gallery Previous Next41-year-old woman, 5’7” tall and 203 lbs, (body-mass index 32), with two children, wanted to flatten her abdominal contour and remove hanging skin (pannus). She underwent a modified Avelar lipo-abdominoplasty with tightening (plication) of the abdominal muscles and repositioning of the belly button to improve the contour. Additional procedures included liposuction of the waist and the bra-roll. Total of 3,925cc was suctioned out. The weight of the excised flap 670 gms.
