Back to Gallery Previous Next49-year-old woman, 5’6” tall and 170 lbs, (body-mass index 27), with two children, wanted to flatten her abdominal contour and remove hanging skin (pannus). She underwent a modified Avelar lipo-abdominoplasty with tightening (plication) of the abdominal muscles and repositioning of the belly button to improve the contour. Additional procedures included liposuction of the waist and the bra-roll as well as lipotransfer of fat into her face. Total of 2,225cc was suctioned out. The weight of the excised flap 770 gms.
