41-year-old woman, 5’ 3” tall and 125 lbs, (body-mass index 22), with three children, wanted to undergo a “mommy make-over”. Her abdominal muscles were firmed up with rectus muscle plication, excess skin was removed and the belly button was transposed. 1,600cc of fat was lipo-suctioned out. Her modified Avelar lipo-abdominoplasty was combined with a breast lift (breast mastopexy).
