56-year-old woman, 5’8” tall and 215 lbs, (body-mass index 33), with one child, wanted to flatten her abdominal contour and tighten her skin. She underwent an abdominoplasty with tightening (plication) of her abdominal muscles and repositioning of her belly button to correct her contour. Eighteen hundred cc of fat was lipo-suctioned out. *Individual patient results will vary
