She wished only natural breast augmentation while rejecting use of an artificial implant. Total of 700cc of washed fat was transferred (350cc into each breast). She is seen two weeks following and at 18 months following a single transfer procedure. Note only moderate amount breast augmentation with improvement of the atrophy and lateral fullness.
